Sapien problems, could it be corrupt?

When i load Sapien, everything is normal, however, when i place my created or even original tags and go to drop objects, i select it type in the substring and it names it none, then your supposed to "go to selection" which for me has never worked, and ive had HEK for about a year.
btw, u use structure in tool++ for scenarios right?

EDIT: forgot to mention, ive transferred HEK on a disc, TONS of times...
