I dont know what these programs do! HELP ME!

Ok i have NO idea what to do with these programs, where to get them, and what each one does. Do i need more then 1 program to get something working? I need to know how to insert skins and make guns and the easyest way possible to make levels. I do have HEK but didnt install it yet. What exactly can i do with it?

Listen, you are the key definition of what we call... a fuking n00b. Theres a frieking topic right at the top of this forum called HEK FAQ. As i... Frequently Asked Questions. There are tutorials up to wazoo about the HEK around here. So I suggest that next time you feel like making an ALL CAPS topic screaming at us, "bitches" to help you. make sure you get t he shit out of your eyes forst and look around and maybe try to help your self a little.

By the way, this is not a flame since i did give him a link to the HEK FAQ and I did try to help him.
