Help with tool.exe

When i try to use tool.exe i get this error

what should i do?

If you used chimp to export to jms this probaly happened because you forgot to edit the jms file in notepad. It explains in the read me that came with chimp. Alos you can uncheck the box that says write debug info, then you dont have to edit it.

This might also be caused by something else. Hope this helps.
