Race flags

I want to place a race track in my level, but I need to know how to make the vehicles only work for race. The only flags for the vehicles are ctf, slayer, oddball, and king, also alot say unused. Is it possible to make a flag for the vehicles so they can be just used for race?

race vehicles are placed like ctf flags under "netgame flags". i dont know how to change the race vehicle though, mine are always warthogs.
