I got on top of Delta Halo with a ghost and traveled several minutes to find this stuff.

Another way to get to the same thing without going to the putfile thing is going to its properties and cutting and pasting the link BUT to make it easier click on the link!

about your ark theory, my brother's theory which makes ALOT of sense is that the ark is on earth, thats why they went to earth in the first place when they had the small army and didnt expect you there

to get on top of delta halo with a ghost.. where the snipers r and wraiths ans such... take the snipers out, get a ghost. ok when u 1st entered the area the snipers were, there is a ledge u could walk on, there will b about 2 rocks, take the ghost and boost up there and it should work..
if i am wrong correct me.. i can b more descriptive 2morow if u need help...
