Halo 3: second life short.

To upload Halo Movies, either Halo PC or Halo Xbox. Movies must be compressed with winrar or zip. Maximum 5MB/minute of video.

It's the second short. It does not have an official, public title, and I really doubt its title will be "Arms Race 2." It really doesn't fit the video.
