To upload Halo Movies, either Halo PC or Halo Xbox. Movies must be compressed with winrar or zip. Maximum 5MB/minute of video.

yeah i know im late on this but my internet was out for a while.

and i never said it WAS a stand-by anything, i said thats what the guy who did it said it was, i dunno it was pretty cool when he did it, but im not much a cheater, thats why i only do the elite dummy glitch :wink: :wink:
