no overheat- plasma weapons

Weapon meta +34E for both plasma rifle/pistol--it'll take you to 80 3E--change to 80 3F. Staus bar still goes orange but effect doesn't kick in.

yeah.. just change the ammo per bullet to 0 :D

Plasma weapons work differently, it's aleady at 0.

ok so to make plasmas have no cooldown we go in hex and change 80 3E to 80 3F?

you know, adjusting amount of heat per shot and energy used per shot would make a great pluggin for HMT (hint, hint)

ruin/allah--yep thats all you do. For quickly getting to area just go to the weapons meta offset,( easier than doing all calculator work) scroll down till you see first reference to rifle in the text on the right side of the hex editor. You can also change the 9a 99 99 3e to 3f to keep power bar in the blue for the plasma rifle for those that don't want to the power bar increase. Either way--it doesn't overheat. This is just a quick fix. I'm sure somewhere in meta there's a place to put in a simple ff and overheat will stop and ammo would be unlimted (just like for unlimited ammo for other weapons) but it's beyond my knowledge base.
