Halo Reloaded

Just so you know this has nothing to do with the matrix.....
Im making a mod, that is halo, but it goes on a differnt storyline. At the moment its just a simple biped swap, but as soon as i get a few good moddlers and skinners and modders, i will make it better.
This is the storyline:
First contact with the covenant went well, a little too well, the covenant suddenly appeared out of nowhere and started giving away technology, left, right and center. The S.P.A.R.T.A.N.S who have been in service for almost ten years since the first group were trained, most reside on reach, a world where they were trained, and after serving for ten years bought. The S.P.A.R.T.A.N.S are treated as outsiders and so keep to themselves, there children becoming the best warriors in the galaxy. Peace is not the lifestyle of the S.P.A.R.T.A.N, so most are enlisted as peace keepers right throught the galaxy. Although the S.P.A.R.T.A.Ns are the most highly technologically augmented fighting squad, they only use technology that has no covenant roots.
As the ten year anniversary of first contact with the covenant approaches, the technology starts to fail, Orbital weapons around planets suddenly go haywire and explode, advanced slipstream drives cut out in the middle of a jump and cant be restarted. The outer colonised planets suddenly drop out of communication and any vessels sent to them dont return. A whole fleet of destroyers are sent to investigate, and picked up by a satellite is this one transmission: "This is Captain Mcarthur of the USNC Destroyer Blazing Glory, all our systems are offline except for communications, what no, five ships just materialised out of nowhere, shields down, weapons down, Were taking fire! Reactors hit, the fleet is lost" the transmission ended there.
The POA which has been specifically remade for the use of the spartans is prepped and ready to go, filled with an arsenal of weapons specifically designed for the use of the Spartans, it is earths last hope against this new enemy.
On the anniversary of first contact, all of the covenant provided technology dies, and thousands upon thousands of covenant ships appear, destroying all of the human inhabited planets. The POA is dispatched to protect one of the last colony worlds, but when they reach there the planet is gone. A distress signal reaches the POA from reach, and they jump immediatley back, just in time to watch a covenant Juggernaut (A planet sized spaceship capable of destroying suns and worlds) destroy reach. Knowing that they are beaten the POA escapes, planning to goto the only place that the covenant dont know of, Earth. They come out of slipstream into a minefield, take heavy damage and then discover HALO.
(N.B. some of the crew arent spartans they are normal humans, the only reason they are on the ship is that they were placed with the spartans so that they can assist.)
*The next part of the story goes along as normal, but you get specially designed new weapons for the spartans and most of the crew are spartans even Keyes.
As the lifepod lands, all of the crew survive, and they pop the hatch (MC is unconcious) air rushes in and all the crew die, (MC wakes up) The reason the crew die and he doesnt is cuz in the air is a element, that causes you to age extremely fast, but it only affects you if you breathe it adn since MC breathes filtered air he survives. The reason the covies can survive is cuz the element occurs naturally on there planets also, and they have huge lifespan but because of the element it causes them to only live for 70-80 years before they die.
Game continues normally.
New Weapons:
R54 pistols: Have armor peircing rounds, with scope 2x and stun for 2 seconds. (Use upon: Grunts: Yes, Jackals: Yes, Elites: Prepare to use a whole clip or maybe more, Hunters: No)
M6AB Rifles: Power is sacrificed for Larger Clips and more clips but the tips are filled with a tiny amount of plasma, so that when penetration occurs, plasma enters the body adding to the damage. (Use upon: Grunts: Only use in small bursts, Jackals: Prepare to use half a clip, Elites: Prepare to use a whole clip or maybe more, Hunters: Just aggrovates them)
Battle Rifle: 2x scope and semi automatic fire. (Use upon: Grunts: Yes, Jackals: Yes, Elites: Prepare to use a whole clip or maybe more, Hunters: Maybe if you can hit there weak spots)
Bolt Cannon: Shotgun, sacrificing multiple projectiles for a faster and more powerful projectile. (Use upon: Grunts: Yes, Jackals: Yes, Elites: Yes, Hunters: Prepare to use half a clip)
Plasma Rocket Launcher: 8x scope plasma tipped warheads (Use upon: Grunts: Overkill, Jackals: In large groups, Elites: Overkill, Hunters: Yes)
(N.B. All of the covies will be stronger)
Changes to the enemies:
Grunts: Start using fuel rod cannon earlier on, more health. (Might Possibly replace with miniature hunters that use plasma pistols)
Jackals: Use Needlers, Plasma Pistols, Plasma Rifles
Elites: Can carry Fuel Rod Cannon, More Prolific, More health Can use Covie Carbine
Hunters: Travel in groups of four, fuel rod cannon more powerful.
Flood Infection form: Twice as many as usual and cause 1/2 more damage
Flood Carrier: Explosion replaced with Frag explosion, causing more damage, spawning more infection forms
Flood Elite: Now the normal Human Combat Form but elite sized and only use plasma weapons, shields but easily destroyed
Flood spartan: Shields but easily destroyed, only use human weapons and has more health. (New model)
Needed:
Someone who is really good at modelling bipeds
Someone who is really good at texturing and skinning bipeds
Someone who knows how to make it so that all the spartans arent green
Someone who can make a model of a spartan sitting down
A good battle rifle model
Good modders
Later on Beta testers.
This mod will be for Halo PC, later on if the project succeeds, and if it is popular i will get sumone to convert it for XBOX
