No.
For starters, it wouldn't even try to load it as the headers are different, and even then, the zoning methods and multiple bsps make MultiPlayer 0Player.

LOL

i was wondering about the same thing, and this is what i came up w/.
requires halo ce probably

1: rename the maps for singleplayer , (a10,b30,ect.) to something else
2:import there models somehow to halo ce(when that is possible)
3:put more spawn points for mulitple players at the beginning of the map
4:add the aliens(when that is possible)
5:host the level online

the problem i see is that people would have to go through the playerendlevel thing, and all players would be forces to load a new .bsp

and i'm taking this from my knowlenge of maping and modding for half-life, which i'll say, it's a lot easier to map when the download isn't 170megs, lol

to tell j00 the truth, thats hypocritical. This question has been asked like 22,523,652,823,574,224,235,524,658,353,346,619,436,349,623,346,834 times, and the answer is still the same: no, sorry.

HaloCE's netcoding alows AI, but not triggers, so basicly you make a map in CE, add AI, and then play.

Not much of co-op but at least thats as close as you can get.

by you
You could have AI hiding being still and then moving to kill you
