Flamin Hog Wheels

Ok i saw this vid where the person made the warthog wheels have flames come from them and was wondering how i could do this.
Anyone know?
Plz Help.
P.S. Also does anyone know how to reduce the relod time of the banshees fuel rod.

Replace the dirt effect with the flamethrower_defoliant effect.

I know wtf ur on about, use HMT to change meta all that shit, but i cant find the right meta to replace so i dont get the effect its really pissing me off.
Plz help sum more.

Okay heres a quick Tut for you, im using sidewinder as an example.
1.Open up sidewinder in HMT
2. In resource browser go into [effe] Effects
3.Go down to effects\vehicle effects\slip tire snow
4.Click Swap for Meta and go down to weapons\flamethrower\effects\flame char (Or just type in D4C0A8 {thats for orange flame, you can always replace it with D4E004 for a blue flame and D2F900 for unrealistic orange flames} in the Meta section)
5.If the map has multiple surfaces repeat steps for the differnt surface
6.Save and play for your gaming pleasure

I might not be making a mod, but at least I understand halo modding more then you, if you understood it, you would be helping people with complicated problems, and not flaming them.

..while your spam and flames are 20x in intensity, easily making up for Voided's spam/flames (of what there is).

yea i tryed to do the flame thing on the banshees contrails but i did it ronge.
i tryed to make thim the flames/the same thing that comes out ot the flamethrower.death by contrails.
whell it didnt work.i exchanged the contrail with the bullet things of the flamethrower.that would of been cool.

Of course it wouldn't work, swapping and contrial for an effect...
