How do i install a .map file into halo?

I downloaded a map called 'clausterphobia' and all it contained was a .map file. i dont know how to apply this so i can play it. im a noob at this so dont flame me.

You need Halo Custom Edition to play it. Put it in your Halo Custom Edition/Maps folder, and play H:CE.

Well, not flaming or anything, but really. I had looked in my maps folder before, knew they were in .map format, so knew that you just copy .map files to that directory. It isn't hard to work out, my sister could figure that out without help and she's 5.
