it says in the booklet that came with halo that it takes 2 trained mariens or one Cyborg to control a Scorpion tank

Change the driver seat name to W-driver, I think that should fix it.

Wait, Marines can drive Warthogs? If W-driver doesn't work, try W-passenger. And if you can't drive it from there, in the flags section make sure that under flags the box labeled Driver is checked.

i think they can, i think i was in the turret of the warthog at one point in campaign

well make your own post and explain what you mean.. From that you said you wanna make a mod, go read some tutorials and you want to make the mod work, go read the tutorials.
