Is there a way that I can inject a biped into Halo PC?

what do you mean? like PMI-ing?

You can create new bipeds in Halo PC, yes. If you want custom models though, you'll need CE and some patience. It's quite possible to make a fully separate and custom biped, though.

Here's what I'm trying to do.

I'm trying to inject a biped into Halo PC Campaign that I downloaded off of halomaps.org, and I only have a biped model, and I know it's intended for Halo CE, but I'm just wondering if putting it into Halo PC was possible.

It is possible, however, you'll need to 'compile' it in Custom Edition before you even thnk about putting it in PC. Go to the CE section if you need help on that.
