So I moved the Death Island spawn points somewhere else, and I'm 100% sure I didn't mix any, due to the fact that the red and blue spawn points are so far apart.
However, when I go into team slayer and change teams/die, sometimes I spawn on the other teams side

hmmm, is it always the same location?

It's different every time.

It appears as if you're out of luck. I personally just checked the spawns object information hoping to find some team index info, but none. There is an index there however, but for both blue and red team spawns, they are set to 0. The team index should be 0 for red, and 1 for blue, but I don't see anywhere that spark edit actually shows you that information.

Edit: If you kept the red and the blue team spawns away from each other, try testing your map in CTF. I know in team slayer the team spawns get switched around.

Team slayer you can spawn anywhere I believe, CTF is limited.

I was thinking that exact same thing, but I was not sure.

In TS, you spawn by wherever you are closest to your teammates usually.

CTF you spawn based on base sides.

Ah yeah, I remember now.
