Havin Probs with AI's Model Structure

Noob Here!!! for the last three days i have been reading and learning about modding halo. im trying to put A.I. in MP. I have done this procedure several times and finally i got the AI in the Map. But the AI has a really screwed up model structure. If i knew how to post pics i would but like i said im a noob. SO if someone doesnt mind answering my question i would appreciate it.
