HSE Anyone?

Well I've been searching today for the old beta download of HSE (Halo Server Extensions) and I cannot find it on google. I searched halomaps, modacity, gearbox and halomods but I still can't find a working download link. So would anyone one here happen to have the old beta download that was publicly released? I would greatly appreciate it if someone would send me it.
