Zanzibar project --- help needed

i am gonna make a Zanzibar project like on e3 2004
if u use a base map it would be DeathIsland
where can i get 3d studio max
someone at halo-mods has made it where the flags for different teams are different, could we do it so that red is elite andblue is MC
