How to add holes in a AR?

Im doing some remodeling work. I need to add a handle to the AR, like the one ontop of the BR.
Anyone know how to do this?

i would tell you but its a bit difficult to show you, i found a video it shows pretty well how to do it and once you get it a couple times you get it forever

yeah no problem you have to work with it a little to get the best results for the BR typed gun because you dont want a little random line of gun to stick out

yeah i asked deadhamster but his explanation didnt help me much so i went on a hunt
