Compared to,
The multipurpose and cubemap needs to be tweaked, and I will need help with the cubemap...

Wooh...shiny!
I read somewhere that you can't make proper custom cubes for hpc, as it injects or extracts only half of it. It involves custom edition aswell, I believe. Looks "fresher" than the original Banshee, and that's good.

It looks, to perfectly honest, plastic.

Try using a dark airbrush to turn down the shinyness in some places, then it will look more metallic. Also, mess with shaders so that they are green and blue. Do that, and I'll rate it.

try using the plasma rifle's cubemap, that I what I am doing.

I like it. Like others have said, it still looks plastic and too smooth, but add some small details to make it seem metallic and used, and it could be really good.

If you make the multipurpose all black, the cubemap will not be being used on the banshee. Is it the cubemap that's making it "Plastic"? Also, try editing the surrounding part of the gun from dark maroon to double light purple/violet. I want to help. Can you send it to me?
