I think so, but I am not sure. Is it possible, if I make a model, could I inject that as the BSP of a map?

Well, in mggulch for trial, tyler took the bsp and converted the model to scenery via ce. And then he got it into trial. I'm guessing this is possible but it will probably be laggy like ****, and I think portals might screw it up.

errr, if you were going to use CE anyway, why not just make a map and convert with harbinger?

Use sparkedit to extract the BSP modeland save it in CE as a scenery object? then convert to pc

If youre running on a mac i can extract the bsp of a map for you, if mac Sparkedit doesnt do it

Eschaton can do that. I was posting this as a theoretical question.
