It means it's not universal binary so you have to use Rosetta to run it. On tiger it would've just said PowerPC.

yeah, but I am on PPC. why can this application run on Intel if it is a Classic application?

yes i know, but is that mislabeled or what? because it should not work on intel because it would be an OS 9 or earlier application, which you cannot run on intel.

If it runs in classic then it's still using backend conversion/emulation. I checked my version and there was nothing about it except that it was PPC. It still runs somewhat (.5 rebuilding doesn't seem to work on intel).

well that is the odd thing, it does not use Classic to launch. also it does not spawn any processes when I launch it. aka back-end processes.
