Hey guys I know you people are probably all working with HEK etc, but I was wondering if a SP->MP conversion of c10_interiora has been done (the first interior area of Guilty Spark).

Just interested because I think it would make a great MP map because of the two 'lift' areas, they would be excellent for housing the flags...the room with the breakable glass areas would be great as a weapons cache, with the small rooms to house weapons, and maybe some kinda covenant mini-nuke hidden away ;)

An upper platform in the central room (the one that would hold the initial light bridge you come to) could be used to add extra stuff....Could probably get working small doors in (dunno how mono did it, probably some kinda hacking, but if I can't get em in it doesn't matter).

I know this has probably been done before, but I think it could be kinda cool.

I just did a conversion, now I'm gonna make a new build with lift etc inside, only problem I wanna get around is getting two different doors in, the small ones, I'd like to get 1 to work as per that mono vid, and one to not open, just to plug up the holes in the BSP where the loading points occur...apart from that a static version of the light bridge (I havent tried actually putting that in yet, but I will soon) the lift platform I'm gonna use up top in the central room as an upper walkway, for sniping :D You would be able to jump over to another walkway and make yourself through the rest of the map.

Once these little problems are solved, it should be quite a playable map, I mean its just the right size, any bigger and it wouldn't really be suitable as per no vehicle space...

Anyways what do you mean specifically by "template"? lol

EDIT: Having just spent half an hour messing around I couldn't get that damn light bridge to import properly...its in there, the coll, mod2 etc, but it won't show up at all in-game, and it shows up as box in SE, I just need like the blue strip with the coll so people can walk on it lol.

I don't think I could use the doors, I think they ALL open whenever you open one, don't know for sure...

Other stuff I imported into the build didn't even show up, but I think I know why...so I'll rebuild...

Bleh, still doesn't work, and it won't accept the teleporter effect from C10 either, at least not without exception...

EDIT2: If this template hunter involves compiling everything I need into the conversion, I'd be sooo grateful, credit and everything to you, I just really wanna play this map the way I envisioned it...could be awesome :D

I wanna theme it like a covenant prison....cos the weapons cache would be like the control centre, could have maybe some dead elites laid around etc, the central area would be the main section for the prison, would own.

Could call it Prisoner 2 lol

nah, I just meant throwing together the sp>mp function and spawn points.
