when i converted the first section of Halo (a30) in to a single player map over Gephyorophobia i moved all the player spawns into the map but i still get an exception error when i start. do i have to move all the weapons and things into the map. also is there a way to find things that have been lost, meaning i moved a banshee too fast and lost where it went and cant find it. thanks.

OK for one you either did the conversion wrong or this part of the level is just cant be converted (doubt it). No you dont have to move all the weapons unless you dont want to be able to pick them up. As for the losing things cant help ya there. Good Luck on your conversion.

you picked a map that has a sky/bounding box that the new BSP is outside of. you'll have to try on another map, sorry...

i was reading in another post thing somthing about load points, would that be whats stuffing it up? or would it be because of the giant waterfall at the start of the level that runs right off the map?? because that makes it about 50 ft ubove the ground on the geph map

Strange. I mean, d40_terrain is HUGE, right, so the sky would be outside or something, but it works. Hmm.....I just conf00zed myself!

The Maw, the outside ship which the camera pans around at the start and finish. I converted it, as did many other people, and it was over Danger Canyon, in my conversion anyway.
