How do i make MC hold no weapons?

I was wondering how you did this...
i have asked this question before and have had the response of "you have to null-out the weapon" except i have no idea how to do that... please help!

Okay here you go.

1. Open your map in Eschaton
2. Click the Dependancy swapper tab
3. Go to Bipd and choose the cyborg\cyborg_mp
4. click the weapons and null them out
5. create a custom gametype and make the weapons set to Generic.

Change all the weapons that you don't want him to hold to 'Banshee/Ghost/Wraith Gun'. Or just copy the meta of one of those weapons over the weapons you don't want him to hold. Even if you start a game with these weapons, MC will not hold them.
Full enough answer?

Edit: To the guy who posted before me, that's not how it's done. There are dependencies to swap in the scenario that will make you start the game with no weapons. Sorry for the confusion. :wink:

just a question. does that apply even in custom gametypes?

No, philly, MoDFox was right. I've done that countless times for Hog wars maps for my dedicated server that i used to have up.

both methods are correct.

this is what i do, I find it the simplest. I use hht, not eschaton, and go to the biped tag and null out the two weapons. Basically the same as eschaton but without eschaton... should be the last two. Then you require a generic weapon gametype. The "classic" gametypes all are generic I believe.
