The windshields on my warthogs are completely corrupted. This is quite a problem, because I have no idea where to find the windshield texture.



And it gets worse!!

When I enter the hog, everything goes completely mad. I have no idea what's wrong- I've looked through every bitmap on hmt, and none of them are corrupted like this.



Please, help me? I've never ventured beyond the physics and bitmap tags on hmt, so I don't know what's causing the problem.

Oh, and it isn't a graphics card problem- everything is fine on halo CE.

I would advise you to reinstall your bitmaps.map and if that doesn't work, try reinstalling all of your maps.

replace the bitmaps map from the Halo cd, Filescab, open cab4, and replace the bitmaps in your MAPS folder

I think there must be a problem with my installer, because I tried reinstalling a couple of times earlier.

i dont think you reinstall, i uninstall, then install...

these are 2 corrupted bitmaps. lemme look real quick and ill tell you their names.

EDIT 1: "warthog headlights gel" is one of them. this bitmap can not be edited. ive tried, made a topic on it and all have failed trying so. it just isnt happening using hmt.

reinstall is repair and replace files.

i told you what bitmap it was.

"warthog headlights gel"

as for the hud up there.. its the bitmaps associated with the gametype your playing.
