Bump mapping help

Is there a filter in photoshop that will turn my picture into that purply depth bumpmap color?

Edit: I have a little problem. I use the "save as DXT1 w/no alpha" technique to get my bumpmaps but it always turns out like this (not the burnt part but theres way to much detail):
