What the heck!

While I'm messing aroung with my AFOSR, I tried to open a bitmap in HMT, and out od nowhere, HMT closes! Then I open HMT again, and it says my ui cant be found! In other words, its being used by another program! I dont have ANY programs running! Then I open another map, go to bitmaps, and bitmaps is being used by another program too! WHAT THE HECK?!!! Can anyone please tell me what my problem is? Its happening at random times, and its getting worse! Please help me!

Restart the pc, and try again.

Find HMT under the proccesses tab of Task manager, and end it. Then start up HMT again.

my task manager is disabled. idk how. Is there any other way?
