HMT still wont work

ok tell me if a step is missing here. i downloaded both framework .net 2.0 and the SDK .net 2.0. i re-installed both of em twice and they still wont work. Plz help i got a good idea for a mod just can get modding

What error message are you recieving?

Download the third attachment. The program may have gotten corrupted.

Bah I got vista basic and it works. Just as long as you don't download the one which needs microsoft.NET

it gives me the error "The application failed to initalize properly (0xc000007b). click on ok to terminate the application"

srry to double post but it wont let me edit back to you untalkitive bunny i have downloaded it from here all three of them so thats not the problem

If you are on windows vista, run it as an administrator
If that doesn't work, I honestly don't know.

Dude, why would it be different on any other computer with vista? I have vista BTW.
