DDS Plugin Bug...

I don't know if any of you guys have this problem, but when I open any .dds texture up in Photoshop, the texture is extremely bright and washed out...
Would you guys know the fix to this? I may consider re-installing the plugins...
I have fiddled with the options/preferences, nothin' there.
