Yea, I am new, and I am probably asking the dumbest question, but when I start up HMT v3.5, It says:
I read everything in
http://forums.halomods.com/viewtopic.php?t=5765
and downloaded and installed
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/deta ... laylang=en
anyone know whats wrong?

don't worry, I'm not that stupid, in fact they are currently in a folder on my desktop, still bringing up the same error.

The why are you posting a picture in Winrar then?
Anyway, if you downloaded the framework, there's no reason why it shouldn't work.

well, i did download framework, so i have no idea why i still get this message. do i need to download

Um....
Did you download the version that needs microsoft.net? If so, dowload the version that doesn't that's all I can give you.
