can't find offset lists

I'm very new to modding, like 30 mins new, it says on this tutorial
http://www.halomods.com/tutorials/Basic ... diting.php I need "offset lists" It gives a website address (Iron Forge) but it does not work, I did a little search around the net and found out the site got pulled down, anywhere else I can get the offset lists?
