Help with changing sound files with HMT

so ok i want to change the AR fire sound and i have a .mp3 file of a sound..it says it needs to be a valid APDCM wav file!

anyone know anyway to make my .mp3 file to a APDCM wav file?

plz plz plz help me! im new to modding O.o :roll: :roll:
