If your internet is bad, you may have to click the "submit" button a couple times, thus forcing a second message. A bug in PHP whcih they have not yet fixxed.

It's not a bug, it's not laggy internet. It's you jamming the submit button.

Not the double post being a bug, the fact that its not filtered or something
