i remember for halo 2 there was a program that removed all the Levels of detail except the highest one (5 i think) so no matter where you are, the model will have the highest quality instead of: Low - far away High-close up. I wanted to know if there was a program like this for halo pc.

Look at halopc.net, and there is a plugin for HHT that does just this.

ok thx man, my skins and stuff look like crap unless you're right in front of it....i hope this helps
Edit: i set all of the LODs to 0 except the super high one and it still does the same thing. I cant see all of my skin color unless you're like 10 ft away

are you using photoshop with dds plugins? if so, when you save, and it asks you for the dds settings, make sure you set it to generate mip maps (generate all mip maps). That should fix it...

if your talking about injecting a model you null all but one of the LoD's to get your model to work.
