can someone do a simple remodel for me? plz?

this is so cake if someone can pop this out real fast you will solve a huge issue im having.
simply put what i need is this.
see how the shotgun is in that pic? i need a remodel of the origional shotty like that for in game. nothing fancy to it just simply pulled back some to where i cropped the pic. mucho kudos to whoever can do this for me. credits to of course in the mod release.
