I think I messed up the bitmaps.map file on my disc and on my comp. Maybe BloodGulch.map also. Can someone give me the link to download these two files? This is what I get for trying to make the walls stars... by just switching the meta numbers.
OR! You could just post the meta code thingys for levels\test\bloodgulch\bitmaps\blood cliff rock AND levels\test\bloodgulch\bloodgulch.

here is a good question: How did you mess them up on the Disc? the disc cannot be written to. so unless you did some funky thing and pirated the game then you are incorrect in saying that, because as far as i know it is impossible to write something to a disc that cannot be written. Unless of course you physically scratched the disc then, i believe you can get a replacement disc from microsoft if you can supply a legal and valid CD Key.

i am not saying you did, but the only way i can think of that the files would be damaged if the disc is scratched and the data is unreadable, or it was on a CD that was not burned correctly. so give it a try i hope it works for you.
