like the contrail for it is bitmap is plasma rifle contrail
what is the bitmap or whatever (light maybe) that I need to change the color that you see infront of you when you shoot the plasma rifle, as shown in the picture

ok your asking how to change it when you shoot the rifle...yet your pic shows the projectile.
