its not working...... its still blue...
isn't a bitmap i can edit like how i made the needler blue in one of my mods?

If i'm not mistaken, its a [lens] tag. Try editing that one.

It's the ligh and mgs2 tags. You just have to change the upper AND lower bounds to be red. Not just one of them. It does work, just tested.

when you open hmt they are near the top. you dont have to scroll down.
