I think I made the thin bars too long and the long (thick) bars too short. The thin bars come to close to the reticle also. I wish there was a way to make the HUD pixels smaller so it would look better (the ticks are one pixel already, though they look like two).
I also think that the "blur" mask is too dark.
Edit: if you adjust the contrast for the "blur", you're nightvision won't work right.
Below is the new HUD- more accurate and less blocky. I took out the numbers while editing. I'll put them back later. Also, I plan to play Halo 2 and analyze it that way (I was watching youtube videos of it- VERY annoying).

Also, while no one's looking, I'll post a screenshot of the other weapon I'm working on (this is a non-rebuilt map, but I did get someone with HHK to inject the meta of b30's "water"). The sword, by the way, is partially transparent. If I included all the tutorials, hints, and tricks I followed in the credits, I am sure it would be a page if not two.
