TARDIS - Dr. Who Mod

I'm trying to make a mod for trial, Doctor Who, and I need someone who can model a TARDIS, inject it to replace some scenery model, and someone who can skin. Also, I want to include the following objects.
-Sonic Screwdriver
-Laser Screwdriver
-TARDIS Shee
Animations, sounds, etc.

there already has been a Dr. Who mod. it was converted i believe by Sword.
Also I would make it completely from scratch Havocwielder, and also i would like to be part of the development team. Also, i think this should be done in CE, only because you then can so whatever you want with it.
To Developer: no i personally do not think that would look good in it.

I lol at developers skins... there soo flat. And green, the green just get me really annoyed.
