Should I make a mod?

I've never released one and haven't done any modding in a few months, mostly models and helping other people.

I feel like doing one because of the sudden rush of lowish quality mods coming out. I just feel like theres not enough effort being put into things, with some obvious exceptions that even I'm looking foward to, and I don't look foward to mods(Redux anybody?), but besides the few it seems like rushed mods that would take a few seconds to make.

Maybe a competiton or something? get a bunch of people trying to make something good, it would help to get some good mods out.

Post your ideas about this, I'd like to get people's opinions.

since halloweeen is ahead of us, why not go with...

or maybe a marine or something,.. but definally a biped.

Haha, that'd be interesting. I wouldn't mind seeing some of the stuff made for that, It'd be pretty interesting.

I was thinking more along the lines of a full-fledged mod though. I think Ima go start one, this is gonna be weird, it feels like so long.

But if anybody has a halloween skin, go ahead and post it.
