SP to MP conversion problem: All the models are crap

Well, I successfully converted d40_terrain to bloodgulch. However, all the models are crap (as in, all the verticies are really stray). This is for all the models in the map. The BSP is fine. What might the problem be?
(I've been modding for over a year now, so don't give me noob-abuse

)

Did you PMI an item with it? When you convert BSP's you have to PMI something with it (for PC). If you did, I suggest just trying it again.

I get this problem sometimes... no idea how to fix it. It happened to me on a10a and df0e. Either try again or use a different BSP. And let me know if you fix it.

be more specific about which models are crapped out. If its bipeds, then did you remember to also decrap and extract the weapons they are carrying?

I think it's the BSP itself that is messed up. Basically, there are stray verts and you fall through the floor in some places, right?

No, it's not the BSP. The stray verts in the BSP can be fixed by an updated version of HMT.
It's the models. All the models are literally crap. As if I forgot to de-crap them. But I did de-crap them, and why would it affect th models already in the map?

Yes. I put everything inside the build folder, except the BSP and offset lists.

Is every model crap? to the point where the whole map looks like a big ball of ****?
IF SO: when you rebuild, there should be two BSP model sections in your VIB folder. Use the smaller, older one (one you use for the BSP, the other you use for the models)
That should completely fix it.

Yes, the map looks like total shit.
Plus, when I try to play it I get an exception. *sad face*
So I just need to rebuild it again?
Please go into more detail. I'll put your name on the credits if it works and I release it.

delete the .map you have right now. Go back into HMT and rebuild exactly as you did before, but when it prompts you for sbsp (not verts or inds) choose the other one. It will be a smaller file, and the one that you DIDN'T copy into your levels/test/whatever folder. It will be the one that you put there earlier, and had nothing to do with decrapping (hope that was specific enough for you). I almost guarentee that will fix it. Good luck
