Seeking your help halo modders!

Well, I've been watching HMC Helljumpers videos and in the second video, at about 1:00 or later, i forget, he selects the plasma pistol and he pops a "Select Objects" window up, I have no idea how to do that and I've search for it on google and here. It's just a key shortcut and this is simple so can somebody help? thanksin advance.

I don't understand.
Is this in halo for PC?
Was the player running the game or a program?
Please tell more. How can you be certain that it is so simple?

Thank you for the quick response, I'm caning the structure of a weapon and I can't continue without this, I need to know the hotkey or the button used to display this. I've seen you aroun don these forums and you're helpful. Maybe you can help me in this.

This is how far I got, i opened the plasmapistol.txt in 3ds and I dont know how to open this window, I can't continue now. I just finished torrenting 3DS and this is my first time use, I only do photo shop and this is a 25x more advanced program.

If you mean the hotkey to display such a menu that let you select objects by their name in many situations(that IS the selction menu), then the hotkey SHOULD be "H".
