HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

I don't know how long I've been trying this for, but no one can help me.
I'm fine with converting most BSP's, but apparantly there's is something called a "detail object collection" which doesn't like my conversions. There are no errors in the conversion, so could someone make this in CE, then convert it to PC?

Also, would it be rebuildable afterwards?
