Random glitch

OK guys, for some reason, rebuilding isn't working. I have windows Vista, so I think that maybe that messes it up somehow? Could someone with Vista and a better knowlege of how it works tell me if I am right or just hallucinating? Thanks.

EDIT: So can one of you who has successfully rebuilt a map zip up their copy of HMT 3.5 (or whatever) (or put them in a rar file) and attach them to their post so that I (and other people) can download them? I'd just like to see if it's the copy of HMT that I have is buggy or whatever. If it isn't, then oh, well. Thanks.

I did not say it did not, all I am saying is that Vista might be causing the problem. because I do now of some people who had problems similar to this, when using Vista. Unfortunately they quit modding and never figured out how to do it.

Actually, just today, I took my batch extract files downstairs to my XP, and the same thing happened. I've PMed Monoxide-C to see if he might know what is happening, whether I have a corrupt files, or what. Thanks for the help, though. I'll try running as administrator asap.
