Yes i used the search engine and nothing useful came up i was wondering if there was a way i could do new skins with paint, because i do not have photoshop. All i need is a yes or no, or somehow im not sure tho.

You'll need HMT to extract-inject textures.
You'd need to download DXTbmp (converts the file type dds-bmp and back).
You could also download Paint.NET much more powerful then normal paint.
Yes you can modify skins with paint only you need to convert the file type.
Soz about the messed up order.

For the editting program I suggest GIMP.

there is something called "Google" i personally don't use it because I am afraid of becoming addicted to it. but you can use it I, and I hear that you can type in a word or phrase and it will match that word or phrase with other similar words or phrases. So, I believe that means that if you type in "GIMP" + "IMAGE EDITING" or something similar you can find it...Isn't technology wonderful.
