Problems importing Wraith to BG

I have successfuly imported the model and physics of the wraith to BG. However, thetextures are hopelesly smeared about. her are a few pictures:

Here, you see mee laying in one wraith, while two others burn. However, the only trace of any of the wraiths are the puple "webs" eminating from them. (same in all picts)

here, i am standing on the InvisiWraith (tm) and it wants me to enter it

and here i am laying down and shoting the BigGun(tm)
EDIT: i accomplished what i have so far with HMTv3. I edited both globals.matg.xml and bloodgulch.scnr.xml and replaaced aall mentions of the Scorpion with the Wraith.
If anyone can assist, please do so.

welcome to my world... i have had the same problems but with the Pelican in DI. I'll let ya know if I find anything.

I'm not sure if you have done this or not, but did you extract everything that goes with the wraith (like the model, texture, sound, and metadata)?
This is also kind of a newb question, but where is globals.matg.xml and bloodgulch.scnr.xml ?

yes, i extracted everything i needed to. and i placed it all back in. to find those file, just perform a search of the *extracted* Bloodgulch.map (the Global one can be found in the 'Globals' folder). yes it is real, if anyone wants, i can post the map (cant make a PPf of it because of the added stuff, makes the modded > the original)

Found another iteresting item:
it apears to be stretched between 3 hogs. I can only view it from this angle/postition after destryoing the wraith on the right while inside a wraith from the other end without moving any other vehicles.

another thing, how would i go about adding another gun to the Wraith (say a plasma cannon like the Ghosts has, to ward off infantry.)

I have overcome the stretched model problem, (thank you DaRebel) and nw all i need to do is fix the screwy textures, but can anyone tell me how i would go about adding a gun to a vehicle? I would like to give the wraith a plasma gun to ward off infantry, but i cant figure out how.

open HMT3 and go into AOtCR (b40) slrool down to PCmodels, select wraith, select exprot all, say yess when it asks, open the map you want wraith in, go to pcmodels, wraith, and import the model (i am assuming you have already rebuilt the map with the Wraith's other info) the model wont be perfect, abd thextures look like paint in a blender, but it is much better that a bunch of screwy lines.

Wow thanks now i can make pelican with non scretched model in Deathisland.

I doubt it, it seems to works for the wraith in BG but I've beening trying since HMT 3 came out to do it with the pelican in death island and I've had no luck with it what so ever

When i try import pelican it says something about boundaries and closes HMt3..

Same, you can import the last two ok if you do them first but the first pelican model is busted.

go to the HMT section theres a kinda tut there about making no more blobs i tryed it on the covvie dropship it works pretty well but its still kinda screwy
