[Question]How to make movies?

Sorry if this is incorrect place or something out of rules ... but i want to ask is there a way to make own movies?We - pm7 thing to make Full Campaign mod playing as the arbiter , but i need to know how to make new cutscenes.And btw if someone knows how to convert mp->sp maps cause it would be nice.Something new ... like to move the camera from one to other postition.i heard its something with the trak tag but im not sure is this true.

cutscenes are the most simplest thing ever in the world.

haha made mine for a30 beta...long time back.
anyways its easy for CE. so just make it in there.
i believe it saves it in scenario, but idk about the script. so might record ini CE and pc. but idk.

u dont need 2 get CE, just get a machinima mod (dont ask me where they are) then get a screen recorder, the only thing u cant do is fly around (Tough) unless u somehow get a mod that makes ur dude and a banshee invisible, but then it would be hard 2 control. keep looking
