HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

Well, I was playing on a modded Halo 2 file of my friends and he got his plasma grenades to explode and spawn two more active plasma grenades. They kept multiplying until the entire course was full . It was so much fun dodging all of them while fighting off our enemies. So here's my question. How can I do the same thing for Halo 1 on my PC?
